YOU WILL NEED: A FREE Canva account; or PAID subscription from https://www.canva.com/
*Your Logo, and Images *Basic Graphic Design Skills *A Computer *Internet Connection.
GETTING STARTED: Click CREATE A DESIGN. Select CUSTOM SIZE. Type in the dimensions required for the size of the print. For example, a business card is 55mm x 90mm; A4 is 210mm x 297mm; A3 is 297mm x 420mm. Click CREATE NEW DESIGN.
SHOW PRINT BLEED
Click FILE. VIEW SETTINGS. SHOW PRINT BLEED. (3mm is default).
You can also add margins in the same area, so you can keep enough clear space from the edge of the document when finished artwork is trimmed.
(3mm is default).
COMPLETE YOUR DESIGN
Use only high resolution, 300 dpi images for Logo and other graphical elements.
Don’t use text smaller than 8pt for legibility
Before you SHARE your file, double check your design. Make sure background colours and graphics extend to the 3mm bleed edge, if required, and no text goes beyond the 3mm inside margins.
SHARE YOUR PDF
Click SHARE. Select DOWNLOAD and select file type of PDF Print. Select CROP MARKS AND BLEED.
Please understand colours on screen may look slightly different when printed.

Thoroughly check your artwork before sending to Cairns PrintShop for printing.
